Mechanically cleaned and tubular backwashing filter systems can be multiplexed, or installed in parallel to accommodate higher flow rates, provide a higher open area filtration ratio and ensure uninterrupted flow for your process.

 

This modular system design enables your system to expand as demand warrants; whether your flow rates increase or the process itself changes, perhaps requiring tighter retention, additional units can be added to your system provided you built-in some added space during initial system design.

High flow rate alone doesn't necessarily require going to a multiplexed system, after all you can receive macro filtration with flushing strainers and backwashing strainers, however when the particle retention needs finer than 150 microns and there are reasons to conserve process fluid, you enter the realm of mechanically cleaned and tubular backwashing filter systems.

 

Multiplexed systems begin at $68,000 and can become 7-figure projects depending upon the number of filter stations and complexity of automation required.
